Human Brachiocephalic Artery Smooth Muscle Cells (HBcASMC) are primary smooth muscle cells isolated from normal brachiocephalic arteries and are cryopreserved at third passage. HASMC can be propagated at least 12 doublings.
Gentaur's normal Human Aortic Smooth Muscle Cells are isolated from human aorta. Smooth muscle cells (SMC) are primary contributors to the development of arterial disease. Each vial contains 5×10^5 cells in 1 ml volume. Human Aortic SMC are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies to specific to α-smooth muscle actin and desmin. It is recommended to use Smooth Muscle Cell Medium for culturing the cells in vitro.
