ABC-RC116D
The TEAD Reporter andndash; MCF7 cell line contains the firefly luciferase gene under the control of TEAD responsive elements stably integrated into the human breast cancer cell line, MCF7. Inside the cells, basal unphosphorylated YAP/TAZ remains in the nucleus and induces the constitutive expression of luciferase reporter. The cell line is validated for the inhibition of the expression of luciferase reporter by the activators of the Hippo pathway.

ABC-RC0094
Human Hippo Pathway TEAD Reporter Cell Line is derived from MCF7. It can be used for monitoring Hippo pathway activity and screen for activators or inhibitors of the Hippo pathway.
ABC-RC100D
Recombinant Jurkat T cell expressing firefly luciferase gene under the control of NFAT response elements with constitutive expression of human BTLA (B and T lymphocyte associated, B and T lymphocyte attenuator, BTLA1, CD272, GenBank Accession #NM_181780).
ABC-RC103D
The HVEM cell line is a recombinant clonal stable Jurkat T cell line expressing firefly luciferase gene under the control of 4 copies of NF-κB response elements with constitutive expression of human HVEM (Herpes Virus Entry Mediator, Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily Member 14, TNFRSF14, CD270, GenBank Accession No. NM_003820). Following activation by human HVEM ligand LIGHT, NF-ĸB transcription factors bind to the DNA response elements to induce transcription of the luciferase reporter gene.
ABC-RC104D
Recombinant HEK293 cell line expressing a full length human CD137 (NM_003811). The NF-ĸB luciferase reporter construct is stably integrated into the genome. The firefly luciferase gene is controlled by 4 copies of NF-κB response element located upstream of the TATA promoter. Following activation by human CD137 ligand, NF-ĸB transcription factors bind to the DNA response elements to induce transcription of the luciferase gene.
