HighQC™ RFP-Human Bone Marrow-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cell
RFP-HBMMSCs are selected from puromycin resistant HBMMSCs after transfected with RFP expressing lentiviral particles. RFP-HBMMSCs are supplied in cryovials at passage 3-4. Each lot of RFP-HBMMSCs is tested to ensure the cells can be passaged at least for three times (i.e., approximately 9 to 10 population doublings) after thaw. RFP-HBMMSCs should be maintained in complete growth media (Mesenchymal Stem Cell Growth Medium (MSCGM)) following the detailed protocol described below.

HighQC™ Human Pre-Adipocytes Mesenchymal Stem Cell
Human Pre-Adipocyte MSCs from a single adult donor. Gentaur human mesenchymal stem cells have been functionally tested and are compatible with our MSC Expansion Medium. Our mesenchymal stem cells are andgt;95% positive for the presence of CD29, CD44, CD73, CD90, CD105, CD166 markers by flow cytometry analysis. Our MSCs are andlt;2% positive for the presence of CD14, CD31, CD34, CD45 markers by flow cytometry analysis. All of the cells provided are tested and are negative for HIV-1, HIV-2, Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C as detected by PCR. The cells are confirmed to be negative for mycoplasma and other detectable microbial contamination.
