REC31969-100
Recombinant Ross River virus antigen expressed in HEK293 cells as virus-like particles and purified by sucrose density gradients and precipitation. Virus-like particles were then solubilized in PBS containing 0.2% SDS to prevent aggregation of particles. The preparation is not particulate. Antigens in the preparation include Envelope proteins 1 and 2 and Nucleoprotein.

DENV1-VLP-500
Recombinant Dengue Virus serotype 1 virus-like particle recombinant antigen consisting of Envelope, pre-Membrane and Membrane protein produced in 293 human cells. The C-terminal 20% of the dengue Envelope protein was replaced by the corresponding Japanese encephalitis virus SA-14 sequence (Envelope protein amino acids 399-497). The replaced sequence corresponds to the transmembrane and intraparticle portion of the protein.

DENV2-VLP-100
Recombinant Dengue Virus serotype 2 virus-like particle recombinant antigen consisting of Envelope, pre-Membrane and Membrane protein produced in 293 human cells. The C-terminal 20% of the dengue Envelope protein was replaced by the corresponding Japanese encephalitis virus SA-14 sequence (Envelope protein amino acids 397-495). The replaced sequence corresponds to the transmembrane and intraparticle portion of the protein.
