| Additional information | The MabSelect family, comprising MabSelect, MabSelect Xtra, MabSelect SuRe, and MabSelect SuRe LX chromatography media, was developed for high-capacity MAb capture at process scale. To enable the high mass transfer required for continuous chromatography, MabSelect SuRe pcc was further developed from MabSelect SuRe LX. The high dynamic binding capacity (DBC) for MAbs at short residence time contributes to increased productivity by reducing total time required for column load operations. Comparative studies with MabSelect SuRe LX show that higher capacities can be achieved at shorter residence times with MabSelect SuRe pcc. |
