ABC-TC3761
Dermal Microvascular Endothelial Cells (CADMEC) are isolated from normal human neonatal foreskin or adult skin capillaries. They are cryopreserved at second passage and can be cultured and propagated at least 16 population doublings.
ABC-TC3597
The walls of capillaries are composed of a single layer of microvascular endothelial cells. These cells differ in morphology and other properties depending on the tissues the capillaries supply. Therefore,Gentaur offers a range of Microvascular Endothelial Cells produced at Gentaur's cell culture facility from normal human tissues of different origins.Shortly after isolation, all Gentaur Microvascular Endothelial Cells are cryopreserved at passage 2 (P2) using Gentaur's proprietary, serum-free freezing medium, Cryo-SFM. Each cryo vial contains more than 500,000 viable cells after thawing.Proliferating cell cultures are made from 500,000 cryopreserved cells that have been thawed and cultured for three days at Gentaur.

Primary Human Tonsil Microvascular Endothelial Cells were initiated from normal human tonsil tissue by elutriation. These cells were originated using Complete Serum-Free Medium Kit With AcceSup™, are available at <12 Cumulative Population Doublings (CPD) in vitro [Passage 3] and were cryopreserved in aliquots of ~1.5×10^6 cells. This vial will initiate a Passage 4 cell culture in a 75cm2 flask.

Porcine Brain Microvascular Endothelial Cells are derived from healthly porcinine Brain tissue. Porcine Brain Microvascular Endothelial Cells are grown in T25 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with gelatin-based solution for 0.5 hour and incubated in Gentaur's Culture Complete Growth Medium generally for 3-7 days. Cultures are then expanded. Prior to shipping, cells are detached from flasks and immediately cryo-preserved in vials. Each vial contains at least 1x10^6 cells per ml and are delivered frozen.Porcine Brain Microvascular Endothelial Cells can be used in assays of cell to cell adhesion, migration, vascular tube formation, or transendothelial resistance (TER). Standard biochemical procedures performed with endothelial cell cultures include RT-PCR, Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescent staining or immunofluorescent flow cytometry or generating cell derivatives for desired research applications.
