Bone Marrow-CD33+ myeloid cells are positively isolated from Bone Marrow-Mononuclear Cells using a direct immunomagnetic CD33 MicroBead labeling system.
Acute Myeloid Leukemia-Bone Marrow-CD34+ cells are selected from adult Acute Myeloid Leukemia-Bone Marrow-Mononuclear Cells. The Bone Marrow-CD34+ stem/progenitor cells are positively isolated using a direct immunomagnetic CD34 MicroBead labeling system. Acute Myeloid LeukemiaCD34+ cells are available in the newly diagnosed and relapsed/refractory stages.
Bone Marrow is obtained from adult Acute Myeloid Leukemia patients. Bone Marrow-Mononuclear Cells are isolated by diluting the bone marrow with phosphate-buffered saline and using gradient separation techniques. After centrifugation, the Mononuclear Cells layer is collected. Mononuclear Cells can be processed further to isolate cell subpopulations. Acute Myeloid Leukemia-Mononuclear Cells are available in the newly diagnosed and relapsed/refractory stages.
