IL2R (Interleukin-2 Receptor): comprises IL2RB (Interleukin-2 receptor subunit beta) and IL2RG (Interleukin-2 receptor subunit gamma). Recombinant human IL-2RB encompassing amino acids 27-239. This construct contains a C-terminal Avi-Tag™ followed by a C-terminal His-tag (6xHis). Recombinant human IL-2RG encompassing amino acids 23-262. This construct contains a C-terminal Avi-Tag™ followed by a C-terminal His-tag (6xHis). The two proteins were co-expressed in HEK293 cells and were affinity purified.
