Human Lung Tumor Blot II
The human tissue blot is designed for proteomics research in screening for antibody and protein expression. It carries the cell line A549 (human lung carcinoma), and 3 different human lung tumor tissue lysates and matched normal lysates (from non-tumor lung tissue from near the tumor) with 15 µg of total cellular protein in each lane. Proteins were separated in 4-20% SDS-PAGE gel and transferred onto nitrocellulose membrane. The lung tumor tissues included in the blot are 1 small cell carcinoma, 1 non-small cell carcinoma, and 1 squamous cell carcinoma.
