6X Loading dye is most commonly used in order to monitor the progress of an electrophoresis run. It is combined with DNA samples in order to ensure that samples do not diffuse away when being loaded and also to provide easy visualization during loading. <b>abm’s DNA Loading Green Dye</b> contains a green dye blend which resolves during gel electrophoresis into a turquoise band at ~4000bp and a yellow band at the ~50bp region (1% agarose, 0.5X TAE). The resolving bands of dye allow easy visualization of the real time progress of your gel electrophoresis, where the yellow band indicates the migrating front in the gel.

ClearBand 6x DNA Loading Dye Green is a pre-mixed buffer, which can be used for loading DNA markers and samples into the wells of agarose and non-denaturing polyacrylamide gels.It contains two tracking dyes, Xylene Cyanol FF and Orange G, for visualization of DNA migration on the gels. Orange G runs around 50 bp fragment in agarose gels, which provides much better tracking of DNA before it runs off the gel. Besides, Orange G does not result in formation of a dark shadow on the gel as Bromophenol Blue does, which runs around 400 bp fragment precisely where PCR fragments are likely to be.
