JNK-IN-12 (compound P2) is a mitochondrial-targeted JNK inhibitor (IC50=66.3 nM), consisting of a mitochondrial-specific cell-penetrating peptide and a specific inhibitor of JNK, SP600125 (HY-12041). JNK-IN-12 doesn't inhibit nuclear JNK signaling, but does inhibit mitochondrial JNK phosphorylation. JNK-IN-12 helps to improve the Parkinson's disease (PD) both in vitro and in vivo[1].
MAT2A Allosteric inhibitor 2 is a potent and selective MAT2A allosteric inhibitor with an IC50 of 5 nM. MAT2A Allosteric inhibitor 2 shows nanomolar activity (IC50=5 μM) in the the proliferation assay (MTAP-/- cell line)[1].
CDK2-IN-12 (compound 10b) is a potent CDK2 inhibitor, with an IC50 of 11.6 μM. CDK2-IN-12 inhibits hCA (carbonic anhydrase) isoforms I, II, IX and XII, with KI values of 3534, 638.4, 44.3, and 48.8 nM. CDK2-IN-12 shows anticancer activity[1].
TYK2-IN-12 (compound 30) is an orally active, potent and selective TYK2 (tyrosine kinase 2) inhibitor, with a Ki of 0.51 nM. TYK2-IN-12 inhibits IL-12 induced IFNγ, with IC50 values of 2.7 and 7.0 μM in human and mouse whole blood, respectively. TYK2-IN-12 can be used for psoriasis research[1].
HDAC6-IN-12 (compound GZ) is a potent HDAC6 inhibitor. HDAC6-IN-12 has anticancer activity through merges into DNA strands causing DNA damage. HDAC6-IN-12 can be used for cancer research[1].
Cdc7-IN-12 (compound 1) is a potent CDC7 inhibitor with an IC50 of <1 nM. Cdc7-IN-12 shows antiproliferative activities with IC50 of 100-1000 nM in COLO205 cells. Cdc7-IN-12 has the potential for the research of cancer[1].
