JNK-IN-12 (compound P2) is a mitochondrial-targeted JNK inhibitor (IC50=66.3 nM), consisting of a mitochondrial-specific cell-penetrating peptide and a specific inhibitor of JNK, SP600125 (HY-12041). JNK-IN-12 doesn't inhibit nuclear JNK signaling, but does inhibit mitochondrial JNK phosphorylation. JNK-IN-12 helps to improve the Parkinson's disease (PD) both in vitro and in vivo[1].
MAT2A Allosteric inhibitor 2 is a potent and selective MAT2A allosteric inhibitor with an IC50 of 5 nM. MAT2A Allosteric inhibitor 2 shows nanomolar activity (IC50=5 μM) in the the proliferation assay (MTAP-/- cell line)[1].
AChE-IN-12 is a potent and blood-brain barrier (BBB) penetrant acetylcholinesterase (AChE) with IC50s of 0.41 μM and 1.88 μM for rat AChE and electric eel AChE. AChE-IN-12 is also a good antioxidant (ORAC = 3.3 eq), selective metal chelator and huMAO-B inhibitor (IC50 = 8.8 µM). AChE-IN-12 has remarkable inhibition of self- and Cu2+-induced Aβ1-42 aggregation, as well as exhibits a good neuroprotective effect. AChE-IN-12 can be used for researching Alzheimer’s disease[1].
SOS1-IN-12 is a potent son of sevenless homolog 1 (SOS1) inhibitor with a Ki of 0.11 nM for SOS1 and an IC50 of 47 nM for pERK. SOS1-IN-13 can be used for researching anticancer[1].
HPK1-IN-12 is potent inhibitor of HPK1. HPK1 is a serine/threonine protein kinase cloned from hematopoietic progenitor cells and belongs to the MAP4K family of mammalian Ste-20-related protein kinases. HPK1-IN-12 has the potential for the research of HPK1 related diseases (extracted from patent WO2021213317A1, compound 85) [1].
Cdc7-IN-12 (compound 1) is a potent CDC7 inhibitor with an IC50 of <1 nM. Cdc7-IN-12 shows antiproliferative activities with IC50 of 100-1000 nM in COLO205 cells. Cdc7-IN-12 has the potential for the research of cancer[1].
