Human CD34+ liver cells are derived from whole liver that have been dissociated into single cells and purified using magnetic cell separation. Human CD34+ liver cells are from a single donor and 95% pure populations as confirmed by FACS analysis. These cell types enable researchers to produce various cell types using standard published protocols. In addition, CD34+ cells can be used for various studies on hematopoiesis, differentiation, angiogenesis, colony formation, and surface marker expression.
