The SRE Reporter - HEK293 cell line is designed for monitoring the activity of the JAK/STAT signaling pathway. The SRE Reporter - HEK293 cell line contains a firefly luciferase gene under the control of SRE responsive elements stably integrated into HEK293 cells, resulting in an ERK pathway-responsive reporter cell line.
The NF-κB reporter (GFP)-HEK293 cell line is designed for monitoring the nuclear factor Kappa B (NF-κB) signal transduction pathways. It contains the gene for enhanced green fluorescent protein (GFP) driven by four copies of NF-κB response element located upstream of the minimal TATA promoter. After activation by pro-inflammatory cytokines or stimulants of lymphokine receptors, endogenous NF-κB transcription factors bind to the DNA response elements, inducing transcription of the GFP gene.
Recombinant HEK293 cell expressing firefly luciferase gene under the control of NF-κB response elements with constitutive expression of human OX40 (Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily Member 4, TNFRSF4, and CD134, GenBank Accession No. NM_003327)
Recombinant HEK293 cell expressing firefly luciferase gene under the control of NFκB response elements with constitutive expression of human TLR8 (Toll-like receptor 8, also known as CD288, a member of the toll-like receptor (TLR) family (GenBank Accession No. NM_138636).
The ISRE Reporter - HEK293 Cell Line is designed for monitoring the activity of the JAK/STAT signaling pathway. The ISRE Reporter - HEK293 Cell Line contains the firefly luciferase gene under the control of ISRE stably integrated into HEK293 cells.
