Peripheral blood mononuclear cells are isolated from Multiple Sclerosis (MS) peripheral blood by diluting the whole blood with PBS and using gradient separation techniques. After centrifugation, the mononuclear cell layer is collected. Mononuclear Cells can be processed further to isolate subpopulations. Fresh MS PBMCs is available upon request.
Human Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells are available as positive and negative controls for T-cell monitoring in ELISPOT, ELISA, cytokine bead array, tetramer/pentamer, and flow cytometry assays.
