DLL-0013-A1-10ML
PEGylated liposomes containing SCD1 inhibitor A939572. A939572 is a potent stearoyl-CoA desaturase 1 (SCD1) inhibitor with reported IC50s of <4 nM and 37 nM for mouse and human SCD1, respectively. A939572 is insoluble in aqueous media. This product is a pre-formulated liposomal version of A939572 which is supplied ready to use in vitro or in vivo. The liposomes are PEGylated for optimal in vivo performance. For preclinical research use only.

DLL-0011-2ML
PEGylated liposomes containing Hsp90 inhibitor Tanespimycin (17-AAG). Tanespimycin exhibits 100-fold higher binding affinity to HSP90 derived from tumor cells vs normal cells, and induces apoptosis, necrosis, autophagy, and mitophagy. Tanespimycin is insoluble in aqueous media. This product is a pre-formulated liposomal version of Tanespimycin which is supplied ready to use in vitro or in vivo. The liposomes are PEGylated for optimal in vivo performance. For preclinical research use only.
DLL-0015-A1-10ML
PEGylated liposomes containing PI3Kγ inhibitor Eganelisib (IPI-549). Eganelisib (IPI-549) is a potent and selective PI3Kγ inhibitor (IC50 16 nM) which is reported to exhibit more than 100-fold selectivity over other lipid and protein kinases and potentiate immunotherapy with immune checkpoint inhibitors in mice. IPI-549 is insoluble in aqueous media. This product is a pre-formulated liposomal version of IPI-549 which is supplied ready to use in vitro or in vivo. The liposomes are PEGylated for optimal in vivo performance. For preclinical research use only.
FL-0001-10ML
Long-circulating, tumor-accumulating fluorescent liposomes (DiR-labeled). These fluorescent liposomes passively accumulate in solid tumor tissues for a variety of murine tumor models and are labeled with the fluorescent dye, DiR, making them excellent for in vivo and ex vivo imaging studies in rodents. The liposomes are compatible for use with PerkinElmer In Vivo Imaging Systems (IVIS) equipped with DiR filter set (DiR Absorption/Emission: 748/780; IVIS Filter Set: 710 ex/760 em [1]). PEGylated to improve stability, prolong circulation time and reduce reticuloendothelial system clearance for in vivo applications. The lipid composition is very similar to that of the well-characterized Doxil® formulation.
